1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BukaTime's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BukaTime provides a scheduling and booking platform designed for appointment-based service professionals. Our services include online booking, calendar management, automated reminders, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code or interfere with the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Client Data

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before adding their information to BukaTime. You represent that you have the right to share any client data you input into the platform.

6. Privacy

Your use of BukaTime is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including our use of anonymized data for AI training.

7. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, and for existing paid subscriptions we will provide at least 30 days notice before a price change takes effect.

8. Intellectual Property

BukaTime and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BukaTime LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. To request account deletion or a "forget me" request, please contact support.

10. SMS Consent and Communications

When you provide a mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from BukaTime for appointment reminders, account notifications, and service-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

If you use BukaTime to send SMS to your clients, you are responsible for obtaining all legally required consent and providing required disclosures before sending messages.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support. Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

BukaTime LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
